Friday, July 17, Building Number Sense in First Grade Building number sense in first grade can seem daunting but with the right number sense activities and lessons, it can be a lot of fun! In this post, I hope to share with you a lot of engaging number sense ideas that will help your students continue to build their number sense all year long, no matter where they are at when they come to you from kindergarten. I've broken it into sections to make it a little easier to navigate:
